Cancelation Policy
This policy explains when and how services with Optrix Web Studio may be canceled.

Optrix Web Studio allows service cancelation subject to the terms below. Cancelation stops future work where possible, but it does not create a right to a refund for payments already made.
By purchasing or using our services, you agree to this Cancelation Policy along with our Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions.
1. Cancelation Requests
You may request cancelation of a project, support plan, retainer, or recurring service by contacting us in writing at optrixwebstudio@gmail.com. To avoid delays, the request should include your name, business name if applicable, contact details, and the service you want to cancel.
2. When Cancelation Takes Effect
We will review the request and confirm the effective cancelation date. For one-time projects, cancelation generally takes effect once we acknowledge the request and stop further scheduled work. For recurring services, cancelation usually applies to future billing or future work periods, not work already scheduled or delivered.
3. No Refund on Cancelation
Cancelation is possible, but any payment already made remains non-refundable. If work has been booked, started, partially completed, or fully delivered, no refund or reversal will be issued.
4. Work Completed Before Cancelation
You remain responsible for any work completed, time reserved, deliverables prepared, third-party costs incurred on your behalf, or active service period already covered before the cancelation becomes effective.
5. Client Access and Materials
After cancelation, we may provide completed deliverables that have already been paid for and are ready for handover, subject to full settlement of any outstanding invoices. We may also discontinue access to internal tools, drafts, staging environments, or service resources related to the canceled engagement.
6. Our Right to Cancel
Optrix Web Studio reserves the right to cancel or suspend a service if there is non-payment, abusive conduct, repeated delay in required approvals or materials, misuse of the service, or any circumstance that prevents us from delivering the work properly or lawfully.
