At Optrix Web Studio, we invest time, planning, technical effort, and delivery resources into every project once work begins. For that reason, we follow a strict no-refund policy.
By purchasing any service from Optrix Web Studio, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
1. No Refunds
All payments made to Optrix Web Studio are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for deposits, milestone payments, partial work, completed work, prepaid retainers, setup fees, consultation fees, or service charges of any kind.
2. Work Allocation and Service Commitment
Once a project, task, or service engagement is accepted, we allocate internal time, planning capacity, technical resources, and scheduling toward that engagement. Because of this commitment, payments are treated as final.
3. Change of Mind
Refunds will not be issued if you change your mind, delay your project, decide not to continue, fail to provide required inputs, or no longer wish to use the service after payment has been made.
4. Completed, Partial, or In-Progress Work
No refund will be issued for services that are fully completed, partially completed, in progress, queued, planned, or reserved. This applies whether the work relates to website development, SEO setup, automation, AI chatbot implementation, support, or any custom technical service.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for reviewing proposals, timelines, deliverables, and scope details before making payment. If you have any questions about a service, you should clarify them with us before confirming the order or engagement.
6. Exceptions
Unless required by applicable law, Optrix Web Studio does not make exceptions to this no-refund policy. Any goodwill adjustment, service credit, or discretionary resolution offered by us will not create an obligation to provide refunds in the future.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated after services have been booked, started, or delivered, we reserve the right to pause work, suspend access to deliverables, and provide relevant project records, communication history, and service evidence to the payment processor or financial institution handling the dispute.
